  • After your purchase is complete, the file with a link to your template will be available for download in the Order Confirmation page. You will also automatically receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the PDF file containing the template link.

  • Canva is always free! You will just need to sign up for an account to edit your template.

  • You can edit the following on your template:

    • Text

    • Images

    • Font colors and size

    • Background color

    • The size of artistic elements

    • Photos and layout of the back of your template card can be added or changed

    The Canva Help Center has all the information you might need for editing. You can find Canva Editing resources HERE.

  • If you have Canva Pro, you can easily resize your design.

    If you do not have Canva Pro, you can purchase a One Time Re-Size and Layout review to make sure your design falls within the “safe area” for printing and trimming. You can purchase that service HERE.

  • Yes! You can learn how to add images on the Canva Help Center HERE.

  • You can find Canva’s Help Center HERE.

  • You can use your personal printer, a local printing company, or an online print company such as Vistaprint, Mpix, or Prints of Love. You can also print directly through Canva. All of our templates are sized to offer extra bleed area around the edges.

  • We recommend a heavyweight cardstock with a weight of 100 LB or more.

  • We sure do! All of our Digital Download items can be printed in-house. All you need to do is purchase the Press Print version of the design rather than purchase the Template version.

  • That’s no problem! All you need to do is reach out to us via our Contact Us page with your order info and we will send you the steps to add our printing services. Customers will receive a discount to apply the original template amount (pre-tax) to their print order.

    PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to print Ellis & Mae designs at this time.

  • In your order confirmation email, you will find a link to a form where you will upload your images. You can also find this link at the bottom of the product page.

    We will email you within 1 business day to collect all of the details needed for your printed item. Once we have collected everything, we will email a proof before printing your order.

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you have problems with your order, please contact us via the Contact Us page so we can help!
